The Full Program is based on the Four Dimensions of Marketing Value Communication framework.
We’ll start by benchmarking the current key areas you should focus on: the role of marketing, goal-setting, metrics to measure marketing, storytelling, and reporting. We'll dive deeper into each of these elements, and right after, we will create a concrete road map with a timetable for results and better performance. Finally, we will support you to implement the road map.

The process and timeline
Are you ready to get started? The Full Program lasts typically three months plus three months of implementation:
First, let’s ensure that this program will support you in achieving the results you’re looking for.
We also know that you probably don’t have a budget reserved, so let’s review the budget framework and discuss how to proceed. If it’s the right moment to jump into the program, you’ll receive an agreement and an NDA to sign.
You’ll get a materials request list, and we review all the materials.
