An event theme

Theme for the first roundtable is "Proving and communicating the total value of marketing in complex B2B industries". Based on our experience and research, we've found that only about 25-50% of marketing's total value is effectively communicated in complex B2B industries. By better proving and communicating this value, both as a leader and by empowering your team, marketing functions can strengthen their role, capture stakeholders' attention, and drive improved performance.

The point-of-views we will discuss together include:

  • What can I do as a leader to enable better value communication?

  • What tools do I have to support my team to prove and communicate the value and impact?

  • Where should I and my function focus on to make a bigger impact?

The sessions are conducted under the Chatham House Rule to encourage open and productive discussions. This means participants are free to use the information received, but the identity and the affiliation of the participants must remain confidential. The event will be held in English.
